Valve positioner installation

The correct method of valve installation can not only ensure the normal operation of the valve, but also reduce the wear of the valve and reduce the cost of production. 1, the valve positioner and the installation plate is fixed together with the valve positioner on case method is open, with three M5*20 screws through the shell holes and installation board.

2, connect the feedback parts of the valve positioner with the actuating mechanism, release the nut of the valve stem on the adjusting valve, and fasten the supporting plate of the feedback component between the indicator and the connecting nut.

3. The installation of the mounting plate with the valve locator and the two screw hole of the actuator support are fixed in the position required by the M10*15 screw. 4. Insert the connecting pin on the feedback connecting plate in the feedback unit into the valve locator cam back to the dry opening slot.

5. All types of actuators should ensure that when the valve position is 50%, the cam feedback lever should be in the horizontal position.

6. After adjusting the parts of the installation, the fixed lock is fixed.
